SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

New Service Scheduling
All NEW services (excludes Color Boosts for previous clients) require a $75 deposit. If you need to reschedule or cancel and we are given the 48 hour notice required, then you are eligible for a full refund of your deposit.
If you are unable to print out your Health Questionnaire (a link appears in your appointment confirmation email), please come in 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to complete paperwork. A Health Questionnaire is required at the first apointment for new clients and every 5 years for existing clients.
Please bring your method of payment to your scheduled appointment time to pay for your services that day. We do accept all major Credit Cards, Check and Cash payments. We also accept Care Credit.
In respect of our clients’ and practitioner’s time, as well as to decrease the incidents of “No Call-No Shows”, we are now requiring a deposit for new services.
If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, you must do so no less than 48 hours in advance. Without the proper notice, any deposit paid will be non-refundable and you will be required to place another deposit upon rescheduling. In the event of a “No Call-No Show”, if you choose to reschedule, full payment for the service will be required prior to your appointment.
Color Boost Policy
Eyebrow, Upper/Lower Eyeliner and Lip Blushing Color Boosts within 3 months of original application date = $100
Eyebrow, Upper/Lower Eyeliner and Lip Blushing from 3 months to 5 years of original application date = $200
All procedures will convert to full price after 5 years from original application or most recent Color Boost.
Gift certificates purchased in person or through our website may be used toward any service offered at Beautiful You Med Spa. They are non-transferable or redeemable for cash. Please let us know if you have a gift certificate at time of booking.
